It is not wise to speak of such things in which you do not know, KCPhil. Besides, Weishaupt is irrelevant now. Remember, there is always someone watching. :o

Well the illuminati may or may not exist any longer.

As for the sign and the name “Weishaupt” – Johann Adam Weishaupt was a founding member of the German/Bavarian based “illuminati” – somewhere back around 1776. Their goal, as I recall was the abolition of all governments and religions.

The sign as it appears in Bangkok however, I would guess has more to with the Weishaupt Corporation that sells gas/oil/ and dual fuel burners than having anything to do with the illuminati – then again that whole corporation could just be a front?

Of course, the name could be referring to something else entirely :o

It wouldn't be wise to advertise your presence so openly, unless it's a cover. :D
