Not everyone's favourite , if he was he would come back and face the music , he's sister has more guts than Thaskin has.

Of course its unfair, dirty attempts at power grabs usually are.

Wall St Journal, BBC, international diplomats, international SE Asian academics, countless independent analysts domestically and abroad pretty much agree that its unfair.

Just a minority of noisy yellow shirt anti-democratic Thaksin hating people domestically are under the illusion that it was somehow a "neutral" decision, but they live in their own world surrounded by a yellow bubble.

Actually it was the pug persona I had hoped to see back. Surely the most lovable thing about you!

What a joke.

PM sacks a civil servant and gets thrown out. (of course replaced with a supporter, same in all western democracies)

Previous PM thrown out for cooking omlettes on TV

Both elected unlike the ones from the other party who broke up demos with their mates from the army murdering 100's

Despite this farangs on here (who have no vested interests) are rejoicing at yet another judicial coup. Why?

We all know what you're trying to say Moonao......but even you would have to agree, that with YL gone...the PTP in tatters, Thaksin banging his head against the wall.....that Thailand will be a better country without her...and Chalerm, Plodrasop...etc........

The Thai press knows how to engender conflict in Thailand. They've begun to feature quotes from Thaksin again. And profiling him in the Thai news. Just what the doctor ordered.

Yingluck has always had the interests of the Thai rice farmers in mind. An interest that has only grown over her time in power.

Currently growing at 4%pa in an offshore bank account.

Maybe if you hadn't been a corrupt tool and actually paid your taxes then the yellows wouldn't have had a reason to kick you out in the first place. You overstepped your boundaries and now you are a fugitive on the run, your time is up Thaksin, it's time someone else takes over PTP.

Yingluck however, didn't engage in any corruption and was kicked out unfairly. The reason she was kicked out was because of her last name and the powers that be could not handle another Shinawatra in power.

Spot on, Sir. The world is in agreement but somehow most TV members seem to believe all the Thai propaganda and cite "corruption, corruption, corruption" just like Suthep and the newspapers without any hard evidence that the PM has been corrupt at all. I find it very interesting that most TV members are so gullible without any apparent ability to actually look at the bigger picture here in Thailand and analyse and question what has happened. To my eyes it's clearly a game that's being played to grab power and hold onto it and to ensure that certain sections of the society remain unchallenged.

The government could not be trusted. Now it's official that the courts and NACC can't be trusted. We don't even have to mention the police and army which never could never be trusted. The people in this country deserves so much better than being governed by criminal vultures and thugs. There is no rule of law whatsoever, but why do I care. Here is cheap women, booze and the sun is shining....

Boo hoo hoo...they removed members of my family...from serving themselves at the public expense...how tragic...

For the first time in my life I have some doubts about freedom of the press. This country would be better off with a stringent ban of publishing any comments made via twitter, facebook, phone ins and interviews from a convicted fugitive criminal.

" Noppadon quoted Thaksin's comment that the legal complaint was directed only at Yingluck, so the court should not have broadened their consideration to the other Cabinet members. "

And that's why Thaksin isn't a lawyer, and Noppadon shouldn't be. The decision to transfer had to be approved by the cabinet. Therefore, they have to stand behind that decision. Yingluck in her testimony in fact said that she shared responsibility with the cabinet. The court agreed.

Nailed it.

Thaksin says removal of nine ministers unfair

A famous quote from a guy who thinks the extrajudicial killings of 3000 people is fair and just.

It was fair because all of them are equally dead.

Please explain what was unfair ???.......Quoting opinions of other people and institutuions doesn't influence anything...they are not the Court that makes decisions. There were people who claimed that Charles Manson was treated unfairly or that Hitler was misunderstood etc.....none of which really matters.
