webfact Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Surapong to sue nine Constitutional Court judgesBANGKOK: -- Former deputy prime minister and foreign minister Surapong Tovichukchaikul said Monday that he would file a malfeasance lawsuit against nine Constitutional Court judges for having removed him from office.Surapong said he would file malfeasance charge against the judges with the Criminal Court at 3 pm on Friday.Surapong alleged that the judges had committed malfeasance by removing him from office although he was not a defendant in the case against former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra related to the transfer of National Security Council chief Thawil Pliensri. He added that he was not given a chance by the judges to defend himself before they ruled to dismiss him from the Cabinet.-- The Nation 2014-05-12

Popular Post Soutpeel Posted May 12, 2014 Popular Post Posted May 12, 2014 but who will adjudicate on it? More bent judges! Charlem can be the chief judge, and when they call "order" in the court..one suspects Charlerm will shout "make mine a double single malt".... 11
h90 Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Undoubtedly he has a good case against these judges, but who will adjudicate on it? More bent judges! I think the criminal court is direct under the ministry "of justice", so he as Shinawatra clan-member can order the criminal court.....

What about Robert Amsterdam, undermining Thai "democracy" ?....A Farang getting involved in Thai politics at the behest of his criminal master... he must be Public Enemy #1.....After what TV rabid Reds where saying about the Indian, a farang getting involved is the most serious crime of the lot... 5

Popular Post Scamper Posted May 12, 2014 Popular Post Posted May 12, 2014 How ridiculous can this get ? A cabinet minister who was a member of a cabinet that approved an unconstitutional act - deemed unconstitutional by not only the Constitutional Court, but the Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, is suing all nine judges of the Constitutional Court. And who is going to oversee the Constitutional Court - the highest constitutionally empowered court in the land - the Criminal Court ! If that fails, who knows ? Maybe it'll come down to the post office. Just when we thought Surapong had the sense to avoid the Chalerm effect and keep a low profile - no, Thaksin wants action. And he wants action now. And lest anyone in the PDRC has forgotten - this is all they need to remind them of what brought them to the streets in the first place. Surapong and Chalerm have just given the PDRC a great gift. 10
lemonjelly Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 One can appeal, but sue a judge.. I don't think so.
The stuttering parrot Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Get your thai kids to become lawyers! With all the court cases going on and threats of legal action thai lawyers involved must be making a fortune!

LuckyLew Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Every time he speaks he damages whatever reputation he thinks he might actually have.... Guess next he is going to sue himself .... Maybe he should also sue Thaksin for getting him to do and say such garbage 1

Roadman Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 I wonder if Yingluck is still on his Happy Songkran card list after she dobded him in with her testimony...one can see why she was only her criminal brothers puppet. 1
casualbiker Posted May 12, 2014 Posted May 12, 2014 Surely he should sue Yingluck. It was her evidence that ensured the cabinet members present at the meeting were implicated! Sent from my XT1032 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app 1
