Surapong to sue nine Constitutional Court judges

BANGKOK: -- Former deputy prime minister and foreign minister Surapong Tovichukchaikul said Monday that he would file a malfeasance lawsuit against nine Constitutional Court judges for having removed him from office.

Surapong said he would file malfeasance charge against the judges with the Criminal Court at 3 pm on Friday.

Surapong alleged that the judges had committed malfeasance by removing him from office although he was not a defendant in the case against former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra related to the transfer of National Security Council chief Thawil Pliensri.

He added that he was not given a chance by the judges to defend himself before they ruled to dismiss him from the Cabinet.

Undoubtedly he has a good case against these judges, but who will adjudicate on it? More bent judges!

I think the criminal court is direct under the ministry "of justice", so he as Shinawatra clan-member can order the criminal court.....

Hard to keep track of public enemy number one these days, Suthep, the 9 judges or the fake monk with his thug guards

Did you forget about Jutaporn and Chalerm ????? if you mention these ten why not mention your top ten.

What about Robert Amsterdam, undermining Thai "democracy" ?....A Farang getting involved in Thai politics at the behest of his criminal master...

he must be Public Enemy #1.....After what TV rabid Reds where saying about the Indian, a farang getting involved is the most serious crime of the lot...

Double Standards?

Also hard to keep up with Surapong. First he said he is still the FM, now he says he is suing because he is not the FM.

Case was about the PM and all involved. In reality, the lovely PM had no clue at all, but yours truly along with 8 others are the ones behind it.

PM just signed off on it, without even looking at it.
