Yeah, get it with the durian and mangosteen, but I think alcohol actually LOWERS body temperature. Durian does raise it.

I still think you could kill yourself eating a whole durian with a bottle of whisky.

Also a Big Mac with a bottle of whisky.

Etc., etc.

Don't forget the coke with the whisky, but hang on, you can kill yourself drinking just coca-cola on its own,

Obviously, durian is the boss of all fruits and the only fruit that can kick your butt just by touching you (unpeeled) and when ingested.

I think durian does raise body temperature. I think so because of a special tool I've got. It's called a thermometer.

Rectal or under the tongue? I think the former one is more accurate.

To test the theory - it is recommended you put the thermometer under the tongue FIRST before proceeding with the remainder of the test.

The one thing Iv'e found with Durian is if I eat any quantity it brings me out in rashes all over for anything up to a week after eating it, which is a shame as it tastes great... Doesn't smell good though...

It is the high fat content in Durian that doesn't mix great with alcohol.

something to do with the body overheating, combination of both seems to cause problems in some people, like most things there are always those that are more susceptible. The medication I was on in Australia apparently is not recomended as the combination of the 2 can kill you but it did nothing to me, you win some you lose some

I've eaten it together with alcohol many times, against my wife's and her family and relatives' advice, nothing happened, ever, but I don't drink a lot.

They also don't eat Jack Fruit with alcohol, because it looks a bit like durian so must be the same thing. They also turn off their mobiles when it starts raining because you'll get hit by lightning.
