Can someone please advise me of the exact procedure in order to renew my retirement visa?

Up to now I have had this done with he help of a lawyer - but now I'm on my own.

I can get the letter from the Consulate confirming income.

But exactly what other paperwork do I need????

You just need a completed TM7 form with attached photo. Copy of your passport photo page, visa, entry/permit to stay stamp, and current extension stamp plus copy of your TM6 departure card. The income letter from your embassy. Proof of residence is also required at some offices.
