I'm new on this forum, Male, 34, German.

I and my girlfriend are living in Singapore, and are thinking to have some plastic surgery in Bangkok.

Of course, our first question is about the safety of these procedures, since we know that Bangkok is a big question mark on HIV, and we do want to make something to get nicer, nnot to die for!!

I would like to make liposution to the "love hands", since no Gym can reduce them and I want to look nicer, may be also some liposution on the neck. For the rest of my body I'm working hard in the Gym (may be).

My girlfriend wants to have a bigger breast since she is a little bit flat (table surf), as you can see the sense of humor is not missing.

CAN YOU PLEASE RECOMMEND WHAT YOU BELIEVE TO BE THE BEST CLINIC/HOSPITAL WHERE TO HAVE THESE SURGERIES??

I surfed on the WEB all morning, there are so many clinics and hospitals that I got totally confused, I consider tips from the expats community as more important than any other source.

there is a hospital in bangkok called yanhee hospital. www.yanhee.net

it is a general hospital but it has a superb plastic surgery in all fields.

i know 5 girls which have all had breast implants there (including my wife) and they were all very happy and its very reasonable (around 55000 bht)

i stayed there while my wife had surgery, excellent care and service

i highly recommend it.

Think long and hard about this mate, my sister in law (Thai) just had breast implants in January this year, at Bangkok Phuket hospital in Phuket. It was a very very very painful experience for her, 1 breast is fine and dandy but the left one is too big and deformed.

They complained to the 'doctor' he admitted to making a mistake, and told them he would rectify it in 1 years time when they return on their next holiday, as surgey so soon after the initial surgery would be not a good idea.

Whether he does this or not in a year she has been left with a lumpy tit fo a year and they are still painfull.

She was by the way a slim, athletic, slightly smaller breasted beautiful lady who now is lopsided and depressed, all of this stemmed from peer pressure of other expats wives getting the 'big' ones fitted.

asked prices are 2.400 us dollars for mid-face lift and 1.400 us dollars for neck lift.

Is that reasonable ?

yanhee is probably the busiest and best for any kind of cosmetic sergery needed doing ,little more expensive than some others in thailand but much cheaper than in the west.
