As well as the suspect claim that the huge area of the Wongsawat family compound was given up to store the huge piles simply as a favor to a friend of their maid?

I'm a bit dubious as to the value of teak shown as being 10 million baht. You can get this house, including 5 rai of land for 28 million baht (the estate agents reckon the price of the wood alone is worth that - but compare the amount of wood used in it's construction to that shown in your link

You'll note that there are at least 50 columns (tree trunks) used in that construction. OK that's an extreme example but here's a Lanna style farmhouse.Count the number of supporting posts - about 50 odd. Why are you sceptical that that amount of wood couldn't be sourced from a house like this?

Oh well, you tried to do your homework really good, didn't you, was it maybe that you had to, because 'the ones above you' got really scared about the 'teak connection' being uncovered? But you still 'forgot' to write one word about all the fresh logs which were found... Selective memory? Or the usual des-information? Too 'embarassing'?

"Homework" - a couple of minutes on google images. "Ones above me" - What are you on about?

"Fresh Logs"? Look at them, see those notches cut in them, do you think trees normally grow like that? Now look at the columns in the images I provided. Are they cut into square columns - No, they look just like the logs in the OP.

I think it's you that needs to do some homework.

Of course there's no question the documents were genuine, after all there's no such thing as fake, false or forged paperwork in LoS.

Sure questionable documents are used here often.

What I am saying is that some people here will try to find a problem were there isn't one, instead of concentrating on facts,

of course considering the high profile of the country and it former politicians that all investigations will be looked at in far greater detail.

Now just WHO declared the documents legit? and who made the claim that the wood was illegally acquired and the motive for doing so?

I was just reading on another news post that a 73 year old woman and a 70 year old women were abducted by police (they think so in the case of the 73 year old one anyway) for protesting on their own.
