Were used to it now. I'd still rather have a gun by my side when someone tries to take my life or a family members life. Wouldn't you rather be armed? kkerry
Two more found guilty so that makes three bought to justice over the death of Luke Mitchell. Let's hope they get a suitably harsh sentence. Two Thai nationals have been found guilty of brutally murdering Good Samaritan Luke Mitchell, who was repeatedly stabbed during a frenzied attack in a Brunswick 7-Eleven car park. A third man had already pleaded guilty. The Crown Prosecutor, Mr Tinney, said the three Thai nationals then armed themselves with knives and a meat cleaver and went searching for Mr Mitchell. He said then wanted to teach Mr Mitchell a lesson when they spotted him him at the 7-Eleven. There, they attacked him in a frenzy in front of at least 14 eyewitnesses. mydee
Why has the third guy not been extradited? Well connected. Son of someone with a lot of power. IIRC someone that would usually be in a green uniform with medals. Jesus christ when will this country ever learn When will farangs learn. Thais with power and money are untouchable. Really and truly duncer
DLang
Fantastic result, for a massively cowardly vicious crime. The whole case was sickening. I was obviously out of touch, the third Thai was found and extradited? He was allegedly the son of a powerful general. Any info on him? cheers. kkerry
Here is the report from Chanel Nine News Monday night, including CCTV of the accused being refused service in the Woolworths/Safeway bottle shop earlier. Seems it didn't take long at all for the jury to reach a guilty verdict. Nine News
