How To Delay Streaming Audio From The Internet

Featured Replies

I'm watching the World Cup on cable, and get the commentary from the Internet, but it is about 10 seconds in advance of the picture.

Is there any way to delay it?

Try this: http://www.daansystems.com/radiodelay/

Alternatively VLC:

Option one: press pause for a bit when streaming starts, then play.

Option two: Open the stream in VLC then go to Tools/Track Synchronization

Thanks. I'm investigating them now.

can you share the website you are listening the commentary from? Please

<script type='text/javascript'>window.mod_pagespeed_start = Number(new Date());</script>

Sure - BBC Radio Five Live: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/player/bbc_radio_five_live

You need to install "Expat Shield" to get a UK IP address for it to work.

Hopefully, you'll have the same luck as me - while channel surfing on my telly, I found that my cable TV supplier has two Astro Supersport channels! And they have the original English commentary!
