oldsailor35
It amazes me that the army appear to be catching long term criminals on almost a daily basis, whereas previously the RTP were never able to do so. I wonder why ?

The investigation is ongoing. The police are currently operating under the orders of the military, that is why it was possible to remove the man at the very top of the RTP. I think it is safe to assume that the military would have been around when this bust took place, and they are perhaps allowing the police a bit of 'face' in claiming the bust. What oldsailor appears to be alluding to is the fact that they were allegedly looking for this guy for 7-8 months, but after the military took over, it suddenly got much easier to find him...!!
KosraeTV
If they were watching him for 7-8 months why didn't they know about the rented room??? Says during questioning he revealed..... This amount he is not the big boss for sure just a pawn. Street value 2 million baht isn't a big deal. All this for five year investigation??? What a crock... UKJASE
i wonder what sort of interrogation methods the BiB use to persuade people to confess to having a hidden stash that is going to put you away for at least 10 years i cant see any bruises in the photo
NanLaew
More like another pawn, Not mister big! They never get them. The article never said they caught 'Mr Big' but just a 'big player.' Same as there's a big difference between being 'laaw mahk' and 'hansum man'.
