Would anybody know where to get one of these in phuket. It's shaped like a big U or a big C from what I know.

Yeah I saw it. I tried calling them before I made the trek down but I got the run around so they may or may not have them.

no, i meant Big U, as in Big Umbilical chord

If you cannot find them, there are medical supply shops that may have them. Alternatively, ask a hospital. Santi pharmacy in Phuket Town by the old bus station can order them for ya!

Thanks for the replies. I couldn't find exactly what we needed but ended up finding a product at central that essentially does the same job.
