Why do you need the fastest? Won't any fast one do? I use internet in Bangkok cafes most days and speed is always pretty good. Just try a few in your area. Plenty around.

The fast and actually very cheap internet connection you can get is DTAC Wifi Hot-Spots. DTAC has a Wifi service in most Central Department Stores in Thailand. I get up to 70mbit down and 40mbit "" UPLOAD "" depends how far you are away from the next wifi access point.
