Why not just buy those fumigation bombs light it go out all day open the windows when you get back and no roaches

I also find the sugar thing quite useless.

When i see roached I just throw some borax powder to them.

Then they go back home covered by snow and it seems that they don't come back again soon

Get into your stored food. Clean all the plastic boxes and especially any cardboard boxes. Open all the cardboard boxes that any food is packed inside plastic boxes and discard. If I'm finding roaches they are coming from inside the plastic boxes because they're coming in from the supermarkets. Could be already inside the box or just eggs.

 

Look throughout your place not just kitchen for old cardboard sorts of containers.

 

If you have any old cabinetry in or out of the kitchen look in the crevices with a flashlight. Nice and cool there.
