Going to Suvarnabumi very early, around 5 am, will there be any problem to get a taxi that early to the airport?

Is the airport link a better option?

Where in town are you?

Bangkok is usually humming at 5AM so you should have no difficulty unless you're down a backwater soi somewhere.

Anywhere on Sukhumvit will be collected within 5 4 3 mins.

I often have to go to the airport at 0300-0400. I live along a fairly busy thoroughfare and there are always taxis; never waited more than 3 minutes. The only time you may have difficulty is if it is pouring rain.

Rail link does not open until 0600.
