We brought a new car in November of 2012 and got the 100,000 baht tax rebate, as I understand it your not allowed to sell the car within 5 years of buying it???? well we would like to sell the car sometime towards the end of next year which will only have been 3 years, does anyone know what happens, do we have to pay the rebate back to be able to sell it, are we able to sell it at all?

Same question was asked about a week ago or so, do a search and you'll find it.

As far as I recall: yes, you can sell but first have to repay the rebate received (or of course sell but don't change names in the blue book until the 5 years have expired).

Vehicle must be kept for 5 years or you have to give the rebate back
