One year visa - tell us the truth.

I find it very strange that with all the talk of no more border runs Thai Visa doesn't inform its members of the easy routes around this.

It can't be illegal when there are so many agents and law firms that offer this service, including forum sponsors.

Even immigration offices offer off the book visas and have done for the 26 years I've lived in Bangkok.

Tell us the truth, many if us have a lot at stake. Which is the cheapest agent/office?

Guys let me tell you something before you go down that route.

A friend of mine did it a couple of years ago, paid 15.000 THB and got a Multiple Entry Non-B Visa.

The first time he crossed a Border, no problems what so ever, but the 2nd time, the IO looked a bit closer at his passport and he eventually said to my friend. "Get a new passport and don't come around here no more"

So you could be lucky or you could be in deep ..... !

As in Thailand they say "Up To You ... "

It is not illegal to try and get a visa based on exploring business opportunities, which is what a lot of law firms offer to help with.
