catweazle08
as i walked around asiathique a few days ago, i discovered two shops selling paper, which can be folded to several figures. in the pic attached, the paper-figures are puppies (not really my favourite), but there where also manga-style characters, robots, transformers and other very impressive stuff. at asiathique, these items were quiet expensive. does anyone know more places/shops, where they sell these figures? and some prices? i couldn´t find anything at jj-market. but there must be more shops selling these figures. or has anyone background informations about this artform? maybe it´s not a new thing and already around for years. by the way: yes, ive heard of origami, but this seems like a different thing to me. the paper seems more "prepared". thx in advance for any help!
