Why did DEFRA not think of that? Mind you might have to boil the Badgers.

I think, on my next visit to Tha Uthen Thursday Market, where creatures you did not even know existed have been culled from the Lao forests and are on offer to discerning Thai gastronomes I shall do some research into all of this. Out of interest why did someone think virgin badgers had any milk?

I don't believe Rabbits are milkable, but maybe a ferret, skunk, etc is possible

I'm actually starting to feel bad about the badgers. Just imagine, keeping them in big pens and cages like battery hens, and twice a day herding them out to the milking stations where the automatic milking appliances attach themselves and drain the little badgers dry. On the other hand, if the cheese tastes good, who gives a shit?

There is a word for badger in Greek - it's 'asvos' (****Greek language removed****).

That said, I've lived here for about 14 years, and I can't say I've ever come across 'badger cheese'.
