Reported by a few members and believe in the News forum covering the new penalties for overstay. Not sure about every time you do a 90 day report though.

Yeah I question why for every time I do a 90 day report and the reply was a very blunt" because thats what immigration have said".

I can see having to sign it once for their records but not very time.

People getting extensions are having to sign the same form.

As you can have a nominated person to do the said reporting.how can they sign the document in your absence unless of course you are required to fill out the form prior to the 90 day report.

Here is the convo.

Dear K.Au,

Can you confirm, for each 90 day report we do we need to fill out the TM.47 form AND the Acknowledgement of overstay form ?

Thanks,

Sir Spoonman Esquire III

The reply

Dear Sir Spoonman Esquire III,

Yes, confirmed that both forms are required now.

Thanks.

Au.
