agsnowdon Posted July 3, 2006 Share Posted July 3, 2006 Hey all I go to the cinema in Chiang Mai Major Cineplex and for the kings credits here since last week or so they have changed and in one scene there is a spectacular dam. Not sure if the kings credits vary from location to location that’s why I added the Chiang Mai part, anyway. It looks absolutely amazing and my girlfriend and I was wondering if it was actually in Thailand and if so where and is it possible to visit. Picture dosen't look anything like the one at the cinema!!!! Have you or anyone else been there before? Is it worth a visit? The one in the cinema looks very very tall and so does the Bhumidol dam in a puc on that site and if you look few google images theres a few pics of it but not good ones and it looks very high too. The Sri Nakarin Dam just don't look tall enough to be the one in the cinema, although at first I was conviced after jdinasia said it was. So which one is it?
