garbage collection in pattaya condos

Featured Replies

hi all , how does the garbage collection thing works in condos in pattaya?
who usually needs to pay for it the owner? or the renter?
and if the renter needs to pay how much does it cost? and does the renter needs to pay yearly or monthly fee usually?

in a typical condo, the garbage collection would come under the maintence charge paid by the condo owner.

If you are renting, typically, you pay an agreed monthly rent, plus pay for the electric / water you use - the owner of the condo paying the maint charge (and thus for garbage collection).

It's the only system that will work. I wouldn't want to even think of the problems with any other system. At View Talay 5 in Jomtien the women empty the bins and wash them out on each floor daily.

ok , thank you for your'e answers.

In my old condo, there were bins outside, which were emptied every day, also a good recycling with assorted bins which were checked frequently (some people could not be bothered to sort or use the correct bin), even had a bin for used batteries.
