Re-Entry at DM

Featured Replies

This was covered in several posts over the past two years (sorry). I am going out of DM to KL next week. I just wanted to know whether the r-e permit is still available "behind immigration" and is open 24/7.

If there is any risk at all, I must get it at CW.

That's all, folks.

Good question, I am going to Malaysia too and was wondering if I will get the 30 day stamp on my way back in.

I have an outboud ticket for 3 weeks after I fly in. I also have the 20K required. Will I have any problems? (I belong in the 30 day permission to stay group of countries)

I am not sure. I am on a 1 year visa extension, so I need to have an exit permit. If you are a 30-day country, maybe you can just fly in again.

I am answering my own question, got the 30 days, no questions asked, didn't have to show anything except my passport, same as the last 20 years.
