Hi ... what's your BMI if you want to share ? Also, do not think that Health Supplements are safe because they are only Vitamins, or Nutriments ... Eat organic, do Intermittent Fasting, understand how your body works, soft workout before eating, HIIT if necessary (if too much fat) ... but most of all , listen to your body, try not to ingest unnatural products, even in a box with 3 stars and a golden label... Your body will find a way. Just give him natural organic unprocessed food. Now if you are taking statins ... hum... it's time to learn. I wish you all the best. -

LTR Visa is Now available for Long Term Residency
You're so right. The type of visa you're on has nothing to do with the ww foreign income taxation issue. If one doesn't want to pay for a 10 year LTR visa, that person can stay on a yearly retirement or marriage extension, or they can use one of the short-term visa options. Each visa type has it's own associated costs, so each person can weigh the cost benefits, and then decide what's best for them. The LTR-WP visa is best for me, regardless of what happens with the ww taxation issue. -

I presume the transfers are to existing payees. What If you wanted to add a new payee? Which bank out of curiosity and I thought all banks now had to have some sort of 2/multi factor authentication? -

Express Train Collides with Pickup Truck at Huamad Railway Crossing, Claiming 3 Lives
Picture from responders. A collision occurred At 10.30 on September 17, when Special Express Train No. 40, traveling from Surat Thani to Bangkok, collided with a pickup truck at the Huamad railway crossing in Moo 5, Thung Luang Subdistrict, Lamae District, Chumphon Province. The collision resulted in the immediate deaths of three individuals at the scene. Emergency response teams were promptly dispatched to the site of the accident. The following teams were mobilised, an ALS (Advanced Life Support) team from Lamae Hospital and a rescue team from the Lamae Subdistrict Municipality. All 3 persons, one male and two females, in the pickup were pronounced dead at the scene. Responders checked there were no injuries on the train, which was allowed to continue with the journey after a delay. The exact details of the cause of the collision, if the warning signals were working, if this was a legal crossing and further information about the victims are still under investigation by the relevant authorities. -- 2024-09-17 -

As usual, they get together at some swanky resort and spend 2-3 days 'discussing' things and they have a great time at taxpayer's expense. Then when it is over they release some PR BS that details all the brilliant ideas that they came up with to improve things for Thailand. This is one of those BS things that comes out after one of those junkets.- 1
