"Investigations have revealed that the actions were part of a larger movement aimed at destabilizing the country."

So the culprit was Suthep?

It clearly states, "from abroad" agenda again ?? number 3 on the topic trying to hog it with anti investigation propaganda ??

So it was someone from abroad who wanted to destabilize the Yingluck government. Gee, Suthep and others inside of Thailand wanted the Yingluck government to fail, maybe they have friends abroad.

High-jack the agenda? I'm just wondering who "aimed at destabilizing the country" while Yingluck and the PTP were in charge.

In doublespeak: The traditional guardians of stability have accused alleged foreign elements of fomenting instability, while at the same time some speculate that the resulting instability was necessary to ensure the later's downfall and lead to the level of stability and happiness we now have and spare the country from the greatest instability of all.

Unlocking the riddle requires a key which only the third hand holds.

Didn't Osama Bin Laden do the same to the US and some western countries? He was then labelled as an international terrorist.

What label should the US and the West give the guy mentioned in this report?

The guy wasn't named, so at first the West might say 'alleged mastermind'. The follow-up would depend on whether or not that mastermind would be successful.

Nice to hear from the champion of Democracy that anti-government protests destabilized the country and therefor Suthep is the culprit. Ms. Yingluck would agree. She might even repeat her motherly advise "please go home".

Not the smartest mastermind from abroad if the innuendo is to be believed.

But certainly a convenient one to attach all ills to as standard, factual or not.

So ...

The police were tasked by the NCPO

They found that 'Investigations have revealed that the actions were part of a larger movement aimed at destabilizing the country.'

While the Yingluck government was in power.

Logical conclusion, ....

It was Thaksin.

Yeah, right.

Posters here are basically blind.

now let me think did his/her surname start with the initial T......or was it another Billionaire fugitive living outside thailand

It took many man hours to find out what everyone already knew and still the authorities are reluctant to name him, This is what means to have money and friends in high places

Not only khun "T" has resource to launch a terror campaign, some people like is foreign layer Mr "A" has a lot f contact and can make this.

Khun " T" is distance them self from Mr "A", but Mr "A" is a close aide to Red shirt and anti-monarchist movement.

I think investigation could made in this direction, perhaps some foreign government or agencies are implicate in this terror campaign

Great, but by not telling the name of the mastermind, you can make any claim (which would be favorable to the Junta).

If the police chief wants to get some credibility he should give names.

Is it normal for Police in any country conducting a thorough investigation to reveal all before the mastermind has been apprehended and/or conclusive proof has been collected?

Please...

Please, prevarication does not serve as a counter argument. Any country conducting a thorough investigation would be...anywhere but Thailand.

In charge? Yingluck and PTP couldn't run a bath, that and The Dark Lord of Dubai inteffering caused most of the instability.
