Great news, Very happy for them. clap2.gif

If new hubby was in on it then I agree with seajae, kick him out. What happened to Mum though?

Accoring to ther article she got immunity for prosecution if she returned the kids. This bit made me smile" The British Embassy, despite huge pressure, appears to have done absolutely nothing to help. " Surprising

Great news, sadly though for the children the mother can now never again be trusted to have unsupervised visits with her children.

This is sad news?

A blessing for all, I would have thought.

What an idiotic thing to say. Has anyone proved any misconduct by the new husband?

I think you have serious issues

That women should never be able to see those kids again as far as I am concerned. Supervised or not.

If that is true they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.......

It had nothing to do with the British Embassy.

Nice to here the kids reunited with their father but it doesn't look as though they are upset at all.

Much as any court in the UK would say an access order been breached, the best interests of the children will always come first and access to both parents is part of that.

Not as though she is a serial murderer so get some perspective some of you.

For the benefit of the 'the embassy ain't doing nuffink' brigade their parameters are outlined in this publication:

Well according to that they should or could do quite a lot. I don't know if the comment in the article is a quote from the Father or not. My experience of the Embassy is they are ok , if you can manage to speak to a Brit that is

Of course it's sad that the little girls have to see their mum as untrustworthy. It's sad that their access to their mum has to be supervised. It's sad that they probably won't have overnight visits.

It's about the children's rights to their mum.

"he was quick to join her and managed to pass through arrivals on a short term visa without being recognized.", Try reading the article, he joined her and helped her continue to evade police with the kidnapped girls so he is an accomplice to the kidnap. You are either totally ignorant or do not understand that helping people commit a crime makes you a criminal also, he should not be allowed here again and should be charged and spend jail time for helping her. The onoy one with issues is you if you are unable to understand the law, what a drop kick.

It would be nice to be able to read somewhere an official report to this story. Instead of the general topics on Thaivisa.
