Don't worry

Ok, now you have some work to do.

Tell the local police and make a report

Give them a copy and they will take the deed numbers and put them on the report

Take the report and two witnesses ( THAI) with ID cards and House Papers to the land office

And land deed copy

Owner's passport too

Land Office will give you three copies of a report paper

You will have to pin these at the Amphur Office, Land Office, City Hall and at your condo building

Someone at the Amphur Office will sign / stamp a paper and give it to you t take back to the land office.

After this, then the land office will sign the Amphur papers,

You will return all of the papers from the Amphur to the land office.

Land Office may send a letter to the Amphur too.

This is a bit convoluted, as I was listening to my gf go back and forth on it.

I have done it before with her for a friend who lost three chinotes - his mother threw them away

In short. Go to the police station for the report and then tot he land office, and they will tell you what to do and it is not a big deal, but you will have to drive around a bit, and it will take 45 days.

Have fun.

It will work out.
