has anyone bought or looked at any of the condos at the sukhumwit plus complex at phra kanong? does anyone know the record of the plus property group? it seems this project is about 90% complete. the one bedroom units are between 2.8-3+ M for the upper floors, which doesn't seem too bad to me given its close poximity to the BTS station.

any info would be appreciated as i am thinking of buying a unit in this complex

Yes, Sukhumvit Plus almost finish. It will transfer to tenant next month in August. You may meet many friends lived in this condo and others as well at:
