Not much different as when I was a teenager in the United States in the mid 1990's. Small hotels didn't check IDs. One person shows up in a car (driving age was 16) goes inside and pays. We rented places at the beach all the time. Wasn't orgies though. Have rooms, have beer/weed, all just hanging out. Day progresses, 2 or 3 women ending up in the bedrooms (when cottages) with one guy was common enough. If just a single room, some people having sex in the corner happens (though often with blankets covering but not always). Pretty much normal teenage stuff to me.

The only sector in Thailand with continued increase of AIDS is the youth. AIDS and/or early pregnancy will quickly end the joy of that youth you so want for them. Even if you rule out multiple simultaneous oral, vaginal and anal penetrations, you've still forgotten at least another quality option: mammary intercourse, for instance. Granted, it's better and easier performed when the female partner has large breasts*, but it still can be fun even with small ones if you do it right.
