I have seen the exact same thing as this video happen in Pattaya twice over the years and once a good friend got attacked by two Thais in a bar in Pattaya. Funny how it is always many against one. You don't see this in real countries ....

It's been in the US for decades, but only with Hispanics on whites. 10 to 1 is the ideal ratio from the Mexicans' point of view.

Here's an old thread going back to 2009 regarding threatening tourists on (where else) Phuket beaches http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/315233-phuket-beaches/ And this must have been after the island wide doubling from 100 to 200 baht for a sunbed, overnight, and sanctioned by local authorities here some time around 2005.
