Hi, I need these letters made for a wedding in November. They need to be about 1m tall. Any ideas would be appreciated!

The sign in photo looks quite thick. If thickness isn't an issue, what about some sheets of plyboard and cut the letters out with a jigsaw, then paint them whatever colour you want. This would be a cheap option as well.

Buy some gypsum panels like they are used for suspended ceilings, easy to cut with a sharp knife, just cut the paper side and break it, or use a jigsaw.

Thanks good suggestions so far. The gypsum might be a bit wobbly and break. They need to have depth for photos, also light enough to hold above your head.

Most Thai Flower Shops do letters when they supply flowers for a wedding. They just use styrofoam. cheap and light, easy to paste them together if you need them thicker and simple to paint if you want different colours.
