Could anyone advise me on how many days you need to spend in Vientiane to make a double entry tourist visa?

You apply the morning of one day and pick the visa the next afternoon.

You only need to be there one night if you arrive in Vientiane on the morning you apply.

Great but what time do they stop accepting application? Says i wont be anywhere near there till 11am

You need to be at the consular section to get a number to submit you application by 11 am. They continue to call numbers much later than that.
