Form required

I posted earlier but have since found out that I need to travel to Australian Embassy in Bangkok what I need to know now is where can I download the correct forms either a Statutory Declaration or similar to satisfy both the Australian and Thai embassy's for marriage, that need to be stamped at the Aus. embassy before translation.

Well, I'm not Australian but had 30 seconds to kill, so I went to the Australian embassy's website and found this:

Thanks for you help I had also found it I was looking in the wrong place does not help when you are not 100% computer literate.
