OK... Put it this way, if you was to take a thai guy and put him in the UK traveling around for a year at the same time as a British tourist going around Thailand for a year... Who would you say is more likely to encounter trouble first?

probably Polish because not many true Brits left int the UK now.

Just dont wear bikini at beacharea, drink, take a tuktuk/taxi, rent a jetski, go alone in evening, drive car/bike, engage in arguement with thai as he will soon be joined by 10 thais to beat you and so on .... and whatever you do dont get involved with police or other thai-authority as you will be treated as a criminal despite they are the criminals ...
