Depends if the Thai is driving

The Thai guy will probably starve due to lack of decent food.

Just dont wear bikini at beacharea, drink, take a tuktuk/taxi, rent a jetski, go alone in evening, drive car/bike, engage in arguement with thai as he will soon be joined by 10 thais to beat you and so on .... and whatever you do dont get involved with police or other thai-authority as you will be treated as a criminal despite they are the criminals ...
