Hello. I can't log into the classified section.

I have checked the user name and PW but I get "Authentication Failed" in red.

There may be a permissions issue with your login.

Normally support@ should answer but they may be preoccupied.

If you've waited more than 48 hours and not received a response from here or support@ then try sending a PM to george, the root admin and owner of ThaiVisa.

Tell him:

1. The account name you using that has issues
2. Which forum area where you are having problems
3. What you are trying to do when you have the problem
4. The EXACT error message and number you are receiving
   
5. ...Oh, and what OTHER browsers you have tried and if they give you the same error message (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, IE, etc)
