Visa exempt extention at Chaengwattana

I'm currently on a 30 day visa exempt status. From what I understand I can extend for 30 more days at immigration in Bangkok. Do I need to bring anything other than a photo, the tm7 application form and 1900 baht? Will they ask for proof of transport out of Bangkok or any other documentation for this extension?

Nothing other than copies of passport photo page, entry/permit to stay stamp and TM6 departure card.
