90 day reporting due at two days before departure..

Featured Replies

Folks,

My 90 day report is due on Oct 6th, but I'm leaving to Australia on Oct 8th, should I still report? It says somewhere that I need to report ±7 days from the due date...

Thanks!

You can go 15 days before the due date (due date counts as day one!).

Strictly speaking you have to report.

Whether they will notice the missing report and fine you when you do the next report 90 days after your return?

Fine would likely be 2000 Baht.

The 7 days after is only for reporting not leaving the country. You should do your report before you leave.
