Visa, landlord lessor taxes

Hi, living in Thailand with a thai spouse visa, i own a condo that i’m renting 8.000 bahts to a foreign man. To apply for his one year visa, i don’t know which one, the immigration requires a receipt of monthly payment for the rent, the property ownership registration paper of the landlord so i gave him the copy of my tabian ban and a document in thai language that i filled. I never declare and paid any taxes for this renting, so do you think these informations will arrive to the thai tax administration or thai immigration when he will provide this documents ? Could i have some problems ? Do i have the right to rent a condo with my thai spouse visa ?

Immigration does not report anything to the revenue department. The 8k baht a month does not even total up high enough for you to even need to report it (less than 150 k baht).

You will not have a problem.

Immigration needs so many documents to give a work permit ?

I really understand all these people who just never become legal when you have to face so many monkey rules to do the correct thing !

Immigration does not issue a work permit, that is the domain of the labour office.
