I want to pay it back a little. I had previosuly posted a thread about how I could not find anyone who sells chipper / shredders in KK/MS/Roi Et. I found a guy in MS who builds them to order. He only speaks Thai and his phone number is 0802494155

Interesting .How big and how much do they cost?

4 inch trees. I am happy with this shredder, and the quality of its construction and the decency of the builder. it is 150 lbs, all iron, and it cost me 17, 500 baht.

What is the power source, for a 4 inch tree, going to need a bit more than a 3hp electric motor,unless it has low gearing, and how long are the knifes going to last.

And at 17500 baht that is cheap ,looking at one today ,27 000 bart,well made with 6 knifes,guy uses it to make grass silage,uses a 3 hp electric motor,,or a 7hp petrol engine,and has feeder rollers.

Another local one, 20,000 baht,4 knifes,with feeder rollers, same power source ,both give a good fine chop,but the above one is the better machine.

I'm looking for a chipper for chipping cassava, so it doesn't have to be the same quality as one used for 4" trees, if anyone knows of a place near the Mukdahan, Roi-et, Kalasin, triangle, please let me know, thank you.
