2nd passport for Thai national

Featured Replies

I want my TGF to gain a second passport. She works in Middle East for an airline and travels frequently to the various stations her airline flies to. I want her to be able to travel with me during her holiday leave but I work in Africa in countries with complicated visa issues. Generally she can't apply for these African visas as the process takes too long her employer will not allow her to surrender her passport to an African embassy for that long as her employer demmands she travels for work. When she last went to see her parents in LOS, she told me she went to Thai immigration and enquired about second passport and was told it was not possible. Is this correct?

Basically yes.

The only Thais I know with second passports are those who are civil servants and get access to offical passports which they can only use when on business of the Thai government.

Otherwise it is one passport at a time.
