Law firm can obtain Thor Tor 3 without remittance from overseas ?

Featured Replies

I have some funds in Thailand which I intend to use it to purchase a condo.

Well, instead of repatriating the funds overseas and remitting the funds back to Thailand to obtain a FEC or Thor Tor 3, I have come across a law firm in Pattaya who say they can obtain a Thor Tor 3 for me without my having to repatriate the funds to overseas or remit funds from overseas. Of course, I need to pay a fee.

Is this legal ? How is it possible that a Thor Tor 3 can be issued in my name when there is no external remittance of funds ? I mean which bank is prepared to sign a FEC on this basis ?

I remember with my previous transaction, the Thai bank even insisted that the remitting party must be the purchaser of the condo.

Is it legal? Do you seriously need to ask that question? What do you think?

I need to ask because it's proposed by a legal firm.

Some shady money exchange places offer the same service but it is not legal and you are asking for problems. If you can afford to buy a condo, do yourself a favor and do it legally
