I don't know if you're from the USA or not but if so you can have this done at the US consulate for $50. Overpriced but not a lot of options here in Bangkok. If you findyou can have this done cheaper please post where.

Depending on the doc you need to have notarized, if you are a US citizen, the embassy is the only place that's accepted. I've found cheaper places, some very cheap, but they weren't accepted. Again, for USA purposes.

I need a form notarized and would like to pay less than 1,000 baht, if possible. Any suggestions? I'll be in Bangkok most of next week.

Why is everything such a ripoff in Thailand...it costs about 100 baht a page for a public notary in Singapore and Malaysia....but 10 times that over here!?
