LK Empress breakfast buffet price increase eff November 1, 2014

Had the breakfast buffet at the LK Empress this morning and saw a sign notifying of a price increase from 190 baht to 220 baht effective November 1, 2014. This is a price increase of about 15.75%.

I guess it was to be expected as Casa Pascal increased from 195 baht to 225 baht several months ago.

Food prices are going up.

I think Casa Pascal is much better value and quality than the LK, which when I looked didnt even have bacon in the breakfast buffet. But the LK does have the more entertaining view.
