Just tell me someone, somewhere is working on a viable mass transit system instead of simply widening a few roads to make way for more cars. Anyone who believes the latter solution will work need only hop on a plane to Jakarta - game over, but maybe it's not too late for BKK and Pattaya. Hope springs eternal

Bkk has excellent Mass Transit. That so many need to be seen in their new cars and are happy to sit forever in traffic jams since they have nothing else to occupy their empty heads is a phenomenon worldwide.
