I have have furniture stored there for a year. Went and checked on it a couple of weeks back since we had so much rain. No problems as the storage units are on filled land and everything stored inside is set on pallets and clear of the floor just in case. They wrap furniture in plastic wrap and fragile items in bubble wrap. Very professional and very busy!
