Would anyone know how long before the 2 months Tourist Visa ends, we can go to immigration to ask for the one month extension?

2 weeks before should be fine, 1 month before is even possible.

Would 5 weeks be ok or they will tell me to come back later, i need to go to the country side far from Bangkok and will come back only one day before my 2 months, it is why i would like to be sure that i could extend it at immigration 5 weeks before its end. Thanks a lot

Bangkok is not the only place where you can get the extension. There are immigration offices located in all regions of the country where you can get the extension.
