Anyone Done a Non-Imm B in Phnom Penh Lately?

Featured Replies

Will be going later this month and would like to go to Phnom Penh. My WP3 is approved and the

lawyer will prepare all documents. Is PP a place where I can submit on a Monday morning and get

my Non B on Tuesday afternoon? I can go anywhere, but have friends in PP.

Thanks for all your help.

No in answer to your question, the norm for a visa issue in PP is 4 working days!

Not sure how you will be getting a WP3 since you are already in Thailand.

You will need work permit approval letter from the Labor Ministry to get the non-b.

Unless you use an agent it can take up to 4 days to get a visa in PP.

Thanks. I applied for the WP3 while away from Thailand. Have it in hand now. Sounds like PP is not the place to go. Any suggestions?

Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos or Penang Malaysia.

You will need the work permit application approval letter the WP3 is not enough.

Also that embassy use quite corrupt. If you don't believe me try it anyway and let us know how it goes.

Just for information.

I did my Non B visa at PP at the beginning of October. I did the application through an agent from Bangkok & was able to get it the next day.

Word of warning though.....make sure you've got all your ducks in a row! The officer there is a "cross the T's & dot the i's" chap. My agent said before they would let it slide if the odd document was missing. Not now though

Well, timing has twice prevented me from trying PP, but I have both exchanged emails and spoken by phone to Khun Natee Vichitsorasatra, the First Secretary. Very helpful and excellent English. I think the process would be quite smooth.
