I am trying to apply for a tourist visa from a Thai consulate located in my home country. (LA, USA).

I was wondering if they will require me to buy a plane ticket before applying for the tourist visa?

There not open. Only open in mornings for like 2 hours

Only some gov.t office in my country do better than that.
