Multiple 'O' one year entry visa extension

With a multiple O visa I have 1 year on it .

Now after 90 days I can get a 60 day extension .

My question is how many times can I get the extension ?

Can I get another 30 days after the 60 day extension ?

Or do I need to make a boarder run ?

You must do a visa run in less than 90 days. yoy get another 90 days.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\if you have multi entry you can go and come as you please.. Every time you get 90 days to next visa run.

No. As indicated above when having a Thai family member, can extend for 60 days with minimal paperwork.

During the life of the visa it is personal choice to make either 4 border runs or 3 border runs and 2 extensions. Personally I found the border run the easier and cheaper option but that is obviously subject to location.

If you want max benefit from the visa then you need to do a border run just before expiry to get the additional 90 days plus the 60. That being the case you would be faced with 3 border runs during the visa.
