I've got a one year non "O" multi visa based on marriage but want to change it to retirement. I've got a house in a company's name--I know, it's illegal, I set this up 20+ years ago and will be changing it soon. Anyway, my name is not on the house book, my wife's is. Can I use the electrical bill--which is in my name, as proof that I stay there?

You cannot change the visa.

You could apply for a extension of stay based upon retirement during the last 30 days of any of the 90 entries you get from your visa.

You can use a copy of the house book since you are married to the holder of it for proof of residence.
